Every Pixio game begins as a playable prototype, usually built in a few weeks by a small team of designers and engineers.

Before a concept moves into full production, it must pass market tests on retention and cost per install. Most concepts do not, and the team moves on to the next idea with what it learned.

Concepts that pass get a full production team for art, content, economy design and performance optimization, followed by a soft launch in selected markets and a global release.

After launch, a LiveOps team keeps each game fresh with events, content updates and tuning based on player data.
